Maybe it hasn't even crossed your mind. When you think of donating to a charity, how often do you honestly think of giving away a car? Most of the time, you probably are thinking more along the lines of canned food, or a check that you hand to a local charity or soup kitchen.

You drive down the street, and pass a dirty-looking old man on the sidewalk, holding a sign. "Homeless," it reads, and you wonder how he got that way. Christmas rolls around again, and you get people knocking on your door, asking for small donations of food or clothing to go towards someone in need who may live locally.
